I've turned one of my OCs into a marketable* TTS program!

...Well, okay. She's free, and you can basically make her a whole new character if you want. Currently works on Windows with stock OS voices and using piper voices, only on Twitch. Eventually I plan to support Linux.

Makes use of the GIFT plugin, and carries the MIT license.

Future updates may include (when I have time to do them):

• command handling
• avoiding the browser OAuth login step on each launch?
• proper threading (only a problem for the UI rn when in active use)

incoming changes to twitch's ad behaviors (particularly those for non-affiliated streamers) have effectively killed my motivation to continue working on something exclusive to twitch's IRC configuration, so this iteration of io will most likely not receive any more updates. i will be pivoting my focus to a TTS plugin for an IRC client sometime in the future... who knows where that will end up!
